Summer is in full swing and so is the Chamber!

Have you heard about the Chamber Attendee Program (CAP)? You should have received your intro letter and card in June. If you haven’t, please contact the Chamber office. The Chamber is looking forward to seeing more participation with this program. Networking is vital to you and your business! The Chamber offers opportunities to network, get to know your business neighbors and the community, with an incentive with CAP.

Thank you to all Board members for selling tickets to Cuisines. With your efforts Cuisines of the Foothills was a success! Again, thank you to the Ambassadors that always step-up to assist in many ways! A special thank you goes to A-1 Party Rentals for the tables so nicely setup throughout Cuisines. Having the tables produced many great conversations and networking opportunities for the guests.

The Chamber is holding an E-Waste event on Saturday and Sunday, July 17 & 18th. It will be at the Home Depot on Azusa Ave. Please mark your calendars!

If you haven’t marked your calendars yet for the fall – please do so. You won’t want to miss these special events for the Chamber: September 15th for the Police-Fire Luncheon, Saturday, October 23rd for Thunderfest/Bluesapalooza and the Chamber’s annual golf tournament on Monday, November 1st. In addition to the above mentioned events the Chamber has two great mixers in October – the 21st is the traditional mixer at Reynolds Buick/Pontiac/GMC and on the 28th a mixer at Custer Christiansen Mortuary – both being networking opportunities and remember to bring your CAP card.
